Novo Nordisk launches world's first once-weekly insulin in India, cuts yearly injections from 365 to 52

People living with diabetes often have to inject insulin every single day, making treatment a constant part of daily life. That routine could soon become much simpler after Danish drugmaker Novo Nordisk introduced the world's first once-weekly basal insulin for adults with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes in India.
