Third-Party Services

We engage Firebase (Google LLC) for analytics, user authentication, and crash reporting services.

We engage cloud infrastructure providers for secure data storage and application hosting.
3.3
Each third-party processor operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We encourage you to review those policies independently.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes.
4.2
Data may be disclosed to authorised service providers strictly to operate, maintain, and improve our application.

Disclosure may occur when required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.

Disclosure may occur to protect the rights, property, or safety of HealthDial, its users, or the public.

All data transmissions between your device and our servers are encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols.

We implement access controls, firewalls, and monitoring to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure of stored data.
5.3
While we employ reasonable safeguards, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Use of the application is at your own discretion.

Data Retention
6.1
User data is retained only as long as necessary to deliver services and satisfy applicable legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
6.2
You may request permanent account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon verification, data will be erased within 30 days except where retention is legally required.

Right of Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
7.2
Right of Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
7.3
Right of Erasure — Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
7.4
Right to Withdraw Consent — Withdraw previously given consent at any time; this will not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

HealthDial is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit or collect data from minors.

If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete such data promptly. Parents may contact us to request removal.

Changes to This Policy
9.1
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email.
9.2
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the application following any change constitutes acceptance.
