Shipping & Delivery Policy

This document outlines the delivery terms for services purchased through the HealthDial platform. HealthDial is a digital-only platform and does not sell or ship physical products.

§ 01

Nature of Services

1.1 HealthDial is a digital healthcare listing and discovery platform. All services provided through our platform are entirely digital in nature.
1.2 No physical products are sold, shipped, or delivered by HealthDial. There are no physical goods involved in any transaction on our platform.
1.3 The paid services offered by HealthDial consist of listing promotion services — digital advertising that enhances the visibility of healthcare provider listings on the platform.
Key Point: Since HealthDial is a 100% digital platform, no physical shipping or delivery logistics are involved. All paid services are delivered digitally.
§ 02

Digital Service Delivery

2.1 Upon successful payment for a listing promotion plan, the promotion is activated automatically on the HealthDial platform.
2.2 Promotion activation typically occurs within minutes of payment confirmation from the Cashfree payment gateway.
2.3 The promoted listing will receive enhanced visibility including top search positioning and a "Sponsored" badge for the duration of the purchased plan.

§ 03

Delivery Confirmation

3.1 Upon successful activation, you will be redirected to a payment confirmation page on the HealthDial website confirming your promotion details.
3.2 Your promotion status can be verified by searching for your listing on the HealthDial platform and checking for the "Sponsored" badge.
3.3 If your promotion is not activated within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please contact our support team at healthdialofficial@gmail.com.
§ 04

Service Availability

4.1 HealthDial services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues.
4.2 In the event of scheduled maintenance that may affect promotion delivery, we will endeavour to notify users in advance via the platform.
4.3 If a paid promotion cannot be delivered due to technical issues on our end, a full refund will be issued as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
